The one and only. If you’ve been around specialty coffee for any amount of time, you probably know Onyx. They have multiple shops in NW Arkansas, but this is their roastery location. The most impressive thing about Onyx is the scale they’ve achieved while keeping quality. The first time I ever had a Gesha was here, and that’s when I realized how good coffee could actually be. One of the most beautiful spaces you’ll find. If you’re a coffee lover, coming to Onyx is almost a necessary pilgrimage.
