Motors Coffee
One of the best multi-roasters I’ve ever been to. Maybe the best flat white I’ve ever had. I mean look at those beauties. I think about it often.
Carrying Friedhats, Datura, Special Guests, and more. One of their baristas recently placed first in World of Coffee Asia. However, be prepared for it to be crowded with little seating.
Clove
Located in Montmartre, another high quality specialty shop focused on lightly roasted and bright coffees. Highly recommend.
Dreamin Man
Japanese inspired cafe with all the good vibes. Super small and cozy with scrumptious coffee, I would hangout here quite often. Photos from the Rue Amelot location.
Substance Cafe
Not your traditional cafe, but a full-fledged coffee experience. Joachim is the roaster and barista and he creates some beautiful coffee. There are no pastries or to-go cups. Substance is not for the casual drinker, but for those who truly love the experience of specialty coffee and are willing to spend accordingly.
Specialty roaster with multiple locations across Paris. Definitely recommend! Forgot to get pictures while I was there, except for my mug.
