Nova is a spot that sneaks up on you. They’re a small specialty roaster in a place you don’t associate with coffee: South Alabama. A definite recommend if you’re anywhere near the area, or traveling through to the beach. Beans are good, espresso is smooth, and the vibes are awesome. Locations also in Fairhope and now New Orleans.
