Ok, so Composition is technically in West Palm. People from Miami-Dade will hate me. But it was just easier to include it here. If you’re a coffee snob, it’s worth driving an hour from Miami to go.

Composition isn’t a roaster, but they are a true specialty cafe. Friendly and well trained baristas that care about the craft. They periodically offer events around coffee as well. Their main provider is Passenger coffee from Lancaster, PA, so the beans are great quality is well. Finally, the space is just absolutely beautiful. If you are near South Florida, it’s worth a visit!
