If you’ve been around the specialty coffee world, you’ve probably seen ilse. A top-notch roaster, ilse hits hard with an amazing selection of light roasted fruity goodness. I was very blessed to have been able to visit. I’m not sure why they’re located in the middle of nowhere, but if you ever in Northeast Connecticut, be sure to go!
